DESCRIPTION:Crestview Health Center Hosts Back To School Health Fair August 6th\nCrestview\, Fla   Crestview Health Center is hosting a "Back to School Health Fair" on Thursday\, August 6th. The health fair is a free event and will run from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Center which is located at 800 Hospital Drive\, just across from North Okaloosa Medical Center's ER. The health fair is designed to provide information and medical care for all ages as the community prepares for school. All are welcome to attend.\n\nThe event will include health screenings including vision and blood pressure\, a certified application counselor to assist in enrollment for Florida Kid's Care and other service programs\, and wellness information for children through adults.  Back packs with school supplies provided by Crestview Health Center will be available for pick up at the health fair for the upcoming school year (limit of 200).\n\n \n\nCrestview Health Center is still accepting vendors that can provide health screenings or willing to provide school supplies for attending youth.  Donna Kelley\, center manager for Crestview Health Center shared\, "Our goal is to provide health screenings and educational resources available in a convenient and affordable way."\n\n \n\nAbout Crestview Health Center\n\nCrestview Health Center is part of the North Florida Medical Centers family and committed to providing comprehensive primary health care services to the community.
