This annual fundraiser for the Okaloosa County Commission on the Status of Women (OCCSW) enables you to honor Mom for Mother's Day\, or to recognize a cherished friend\, co-worker or member of your organization who has made a difference in your life\, all for a $100 tax-deductible donation to the OCSW\, Inc. Foundation. Deadline for entry is April 26th\, so don't delay! Honorees will inducted with a ceremony and reception on Tuesday\, 7 May at 10:00 am in Room 126\, Building 1\, University of West Florida\, Fort Walton Beach campus\, and will have a permanent name plate on the Women of Honor plaque in the university library. Submit your nomination online at www.TheOCSW.org. Your $100 donation to the OCSW\, Inc. Foundation may be paid online as well\, or you may mail a printed nomination form and check to OCSW\, Inc.\, PO Box 1323\, Fort Walton Beach\, FL 32548.
