Please refer to the GVSA form for a comprehensive list. Click here to access the form.\n\n\n\nEligible personnel are strongly encouraged to complete the Governor's Veterans Service Award form ahead of time and bring a copy with them to help expedite the registration process. Forms will also be available on site.\n\n\n\nOUTREACH: Representatives will be on hand with resources and information to help you connect with your earned benefits\, services and employment opportunities.\n\n\n\nATTIRE: Recommended attire is business casual. Military uniforms are not required unless directed by military chain of command.\n\n\n\nRSVP: Completion of the online GVSA form is considered your RSVP.
